No Regain terms

1. No Regain costs $39 a month in US dollars, charged to your card when you save it and then monthly on the same date, until you cancel. There is no trial.
2. You can cancel in Settings at any time: your access runs to the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. If a monthly charge is declined, we retry on days 1, 3 and 7 and you keep access for those seven days. After that the app closes until a card goes through. Nothing is deleted.
4. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. If you joined at an earlier price, you keep it until that notice has run.
5. If your employer covers your membership, you are not charged while your enrollment lasts. Your employer sees how many people enrolled and figures for groups of at least ten people who agreed to the evaluation, never your name or anything you log. If the cover ends, your account and your data stay yours, and you can continue on your own card.
6. No Regain is a habit program, not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat. Talk to your clinician before changing any medicine.
